纬创资通宏基生产车间标准工时的优化 摘 要 　　如今的电子代工行业市场，竞争越来越大，而且电子企业不断的压缩代工企业的利润，导致代工企业利润越来越小。作为笔记本的代工企业，要想在如此之大的竞争以及面对电子企业的挤压中获得更多利润，就要减少机会损失，尽可能地设定最经济的标准作业方法，以此为基准作为工作管理尺度，让潜在的损失暴露出来，并做到消除它。 本设计选择了纬创资通（昆山）宏基生产车间流水线作业标准工时进行研究论述。本设计利用了工业工程以及相关技术和方法。首先通过程序分析，对T8站的动作分解，接着运用ECRS的方法将动作重新组合，再运用MOD法进行标准工时的制定，最后结合AutoCAD软件提出了一套非常适合于纬创资通宏基生产车间流水线标准工时制定的方法，这种方法对该流水线作业提供较完善的管理尺度，减少了不必要的动作浪费，使得标准工时由原来的11s降低到现在的9s，生产效率也大幅度提高，每小时产能可由原来的240片提高到280片。 　　 关键词：标准工时；程序分析；动作研究；ECRS The optimization of standard working hours in Wistron Acer Workshop Abstract As the increased competition of todays electronics OEM industry,and the continued compression of the profit of OEM from electronics companies, the profit of OEM becomes smaller and smaller. As a notebook OEM company, as to get more profit in the face of so much competition and the squeeze of e-business,we should reduce the opportunity loss and set the most standard operating method as much as possible which are benchmarks of a work management scale, then the potential losses are exposured and we can get rid of it. The design chooses Wistron (Kunshan) Acer assembly line production workshop as a sample to discuss standard working hours. This design uses industrial engineering and related technologies and methods. First through program analysis, the actions on the T8 station are decomposed, then method about ECRS is used to regroup the movements, method about MOD is used to formulate standard working hours, finally software of AutoCAD is combined to develop a method about standard working hours which fits the production assembly line for Acer of Wistron very well. This method provides better management scales ，reduces unnecessary waste movements ,makes standard working hours reduced from 11s to the present 9s, and has greatly improved production efficiency that the productivity per hour is increased from the 240 to 280.
