超高层避难层大跨度悬挑结构模板支撑技术研究Research on the formwork support technology of the long span suspension structure of the super high rise refuge floor张瑞张啸 中建二局第一建筑工程有限公司上海分公司 上海 200120 The First Construction Engineering Company LTD of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau[摘要]：在超高层建筑中，由于避难层结构受力复杂、面积较大，属于高空大跨度悬挑结构，具有较高的施工难度，对模板支撑体系的施工提出较高的要求。针对该难题，施工中支撑体系采用斜撑悬挑工字钢的施工技术，降低了构件的自重，节约了钢管、扣件等施工费用，结构受力与变形情况良好，施工进度均较原计划大幅度提前，为业主创造了一定的时间效益。通过对金科·城南世家项目43#楼超高层避难层悬挑结构施工的分析，研究了型钢模板支撑体系的技术方法，保证了施工安全及工程质量，赢得良好的社会声誉。[关键词]：避难层；大跨度；悬挑结构；模板支撑体系Abstract: In the super high-rise building, because of the complex structure of the refuge floor, large area, which belongs to the high altitude cantilever structure, with high construction difficulty, the construction of formwork support system put forward higher requirements. To solve the problem, construction support system using braced cantilevered I-beam construction technology, reducing the component weight, saving the cost of steel pipes, fasteners and other construction, structure stress and deformation in good condition, construction schedule were compared to the original plan greatly in advance, for the owners to create a certain time to benefit. By means of Jinke, south of the family 43# high-rise refuge layer cantilevered construction structure analysis of technique of type steel formwork support system, to ensure the construction safety and engineering quality, to win the good reputation of the society.Keywords: Refuge floor; large span; cantilever structure; formwork support system工程概况金科·城南世家项目位于江苏省无锡南长区，东临运河西路，南靠金城路。包括四栋高层住宅（高约99.9m），一栋超高层住宅（高约138.9m），以及周边的低层商业裙房，每栋楼均设两层地下室（约9.05m），主楼为剪力墙结构，裙楼为框架结构，总建筑面积131778㎡。43#楼15、16层，30、31层为避难层，楼面外侧6～16轴增加屋面悬挑梁板，6-8轴楼面4.2m×4.65m，挑出4.2m，板厚150mm，梁的断面200mm×620mm；8-14轴楼面1.4m×9.1m，挑出1.4m，板厚150mm，梁的断面200mm×620mm；14-16轴楼面3.85m×4.2m，挑出4.2m，板厚150mm，梁的断面200mm×620mm。关键技术研究43#楼15、16层，30、31层为避难层，最大悬挑长度4.2m，其中15层标高为45.27m，若采用满堂脚手架，架体本身整体和单支立杆稳定性很难保证，且作为模板的受力支撑结构架体，加固工作量大，危险系数大。因此决定选用悬挑脚手架作为支撑结构。支撑体系方案设计3.1模板支撑
