毕 业 论 文（设 计） 题目：楼宇自动化给排水监控系统设计 （英文）：Buiding automation monitoring system of water supply and drainage 系 别： 电气工程系 专 业： 电气工程及其自动化 姓 名： 邹晓军 学 号： 2010020143328 指导教师： 谢慧玲 日 期： 2014年5月  楼宇自动化给排水监控系统 摘要 智能建筑是计算机和信息处理等高技术与建筑的有机结合。综合型智能建筑由三大基本要素构成，即办公自动化系统（OAS），建筑设备自动化系统（BAS）和通讯网络系统（CNS），这三大要素也称之为3A系统。建筑设备自动化系统保证机电设备和安全管理的自动化，对楼宇温度、含氧量与照明度等参数值测量，并按照使用者要求快速实施调节和综合管理，为用户提供舒宜人的室内环境和可靠的安全保障。 给排水系统属建筑设备管理自动化系统的一部分，要求其运行安全可靠，实现水泵最佳运行控制。该系统的监控是通过DDC对系统中的各种水位、水泵工作状态和官网压力进行实时监测，按照一定要求控制是水泵的运行方式、台数和相应阀门的动作，以达到需求量和供水量之间的平衡、污水的及时排放，实现水泵高效、低耗的最优化控制，达到经济运行的目的。并对给排水系统的设备进行集中管理，保证系统可靠运行。 关键词：智能建筑；给排系统；排水系统；变频调器；DDC Building automation monitoring systerm of water supply and drainage ABSTRACT Intelligent building is computer and information processing such as the combination of technology and architecture. Integrated intelligent building consists of three basic elements, namely the office automation system (OAS), construction equipment automation system (BAS) and the communication network system (CNS), also called the three elements 3 a system.
