三种真菌对斑翅果蝇生理指标影响   摘要:为明确半乳糖霉、柄篮状菌和雅致放射毛霉三种真菌对斑翅果蝇体内生理生化指标的影响,以侵染三种真菌的人工饲料饲养斑翅果蝇幼虫,并测定其体内部分物质含量和酶的活性。结果表明,取食接种雅致放射毛霉和柄篮状菌的人工饲料后,斑翅果蝇体内蛋白含量显著低于对照(取食不接菌人工饲料);取食接种雅致放射毛霉的人工饲料后,斑翅果蝇体内山梨醇含量显著低于对照;取食接种三种真菌的人工饲料后,斑翅果蝇体内纤维素酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均无显著变化,脂肪酶活性均显著低于对照。本研究可为探索真菌与果蝇间的协同进化关系提供重要的理论基础 关键词:斑翅果蝇;人工饲料;半乳糖霉;柄篮状菌;雅致放射毛霉;生理生化指标 中图分类号:S433.39文献标识号:A文章编号:1001-4942(2017)05-0102-04 Effects of Three Kinds of Fungi on Physiological Indexes of Drosophila suzukii Liu Qian1,Chen Hao1,Zhai Yifan1,Lai Shouguo1,2,Gao Huanhuan3,Yu Yi1 (1. Shandong Academy of Grape, Jinan 250100, China) AbstractTo define the effects of three kinds of fungi on physiological and biochemical indexes of Drosophila suzukii. The larvae of Drosophila suzukii were reared with artificial diets infected by three kinds of fungi respectively, and then some enzymes and material contents in larvae were determined. The results showed that the protein content in Drosophila suzukii larvae reared with diets infected by Actinomucor elegans and Talaromyces stipitatus were significantly lower than that of control (larvae reared with diet not infected by fungus). The content of sorbitol in insects reared with Actinomucor elegans were significantly inferior to that of control.The lipase activity of three fungi treatments were all lower than that of control. But there was no significant difference between cellulose and alkaline phosphatase activity in Drosophila suzukii feeding with different artificial diets. This study provided theoretical bases for co-evolutionary interactions between fungus and Drosophila suzukii.
