It demonstrates such a horrible scene if the coastal cities would be flooded as the result of the melting of polar glaciers which leading to the rise of the sea levels. The destruction of the eco-system should not be underestimated, which is directly responsible for the destruction of the food chain and biodiversity imbalance. All of these harsh realities are the punishment afflicted on mankind for not living in harmony with nature. The assessment of the scientific circle and the awakening of politics are nothing but feeling the pulse of the earth. To completely cure the pain of the earth, it calls for the uniform participation and action of all the people on the earth. It is our responsibility and our duty. As an energy power, rational exploitation and utilization is the key to sustainable development, while the development and utilization of new energy sources is a core of building a resource-saving society. When forwarding along the road of sustainable development, we should continue to develop new energy sources and clean energy.
