基于Hyperworks的精冲压力机机身结构优化--论文
12000KN精冲压力机机身、主立板、下筋板对机身的,Abstract: For the 12000KN fine blanking machine’s complexity, instantaneous, heavy stress conditions and fine-blanking die’s high-precision, which put forward a high stiffness requirement of the equipment, the structure of fine-blanking press frame was designed, and its finite element analysis model was established. Using Hyperworks software research(research was done by hyperworks software about) the frame’s tilt amount effected by the thickness of side standing plate, main vertical board and under the rib when the eccentric load is imposed, and the main influencing factor is the thickness of main vertical board. It provides a theoretical basis(can lay the foundation) for fine blanking press frame design(the design of fine blanking press frame). Keywords:fine blanking press framehe eccentric load resistance; orthogonal test 精冲压力机是应用精冲技术的基础,生产得到刚性好、承载能力大、抗偏载能力强、质量轻的精冲压力机至关重要。要保证精冲压力机能生产得到优质的精冲件,就要保证精冲压力机各部件的工作变形小、应力分布均匀、导向精度高。机身结构作为压力机中较为复杂的重要部件,也是人们首先开展结构分析的研究对象[1]。 Fine blanking press is the basis for the application of fine blanking technology. It’s crucial to get a fine blanking with good rigidity, large bearing capacity, load deflection resistance ability and light weight. To get high quality fine blanking parts, it is necessary to ensure that all parts of the fine blanking press with small work deformation, stress distribution and high guiding precision.
