The Asia central area has complex situation, ethnic and religious problems, making Chinese overseas interests in Central Asia face many risks and challenges. To maintain overseas interests in the region is China’s important content to maintain the interests of the state, and is the proper meaning to promote the “The Belt and Road” strategy construction question. China needs to develop measures to safeguard the interests of China’s overseas interests in Cen- tral Asia, combined with local conditions, so as to ensure the construction of the Silk Road Eco- nomic Zone to promote cooperation and mutual benefit between China and Central Asian coun- tries.
