摘 要 摘 要 本论文运用艺术学与图像学结合的研究方法，分析在 “图像转向”的文化语境下， 2000-2010 年间国内法制题村电影特有的创作特色和价值 。文章探讨了这些电影怎样 把法律的理性语言转换成感性影像，成为传播法律信息的媒介，影响人们的思想观念， 产生对法律理性的认同 。这些影片最大的变化，就是不再关注法律事件或者案件本身， 而是关注法制环境下的人 。具体地说就是在内容上以对人的道德描述激发观众的审美 情感，增强人们对公平、正义、秩序等法律理性的认同 。在形式上运用感性影像展现 现代法治生活中人的内心及社会活动，进而研究这些影像背后蕴含着的人与法治社会 的关系。希望本次研究能够促进中国法制题村电影的健康繁荣发展。 关键词关键词::电影 中国电影 法制题村电影 图像转向 关键词关键词:: I AbStract Abstract BaSed on the aPPlication of reSearch method in combining the art and iconology， thiS diSSertation analyzeS the indicting characteriStic and value of the domeStic filmS with the theme of the legal SyStem under the cultural context of Pictorial turn from 2000 to 2010.
