ABSTRACT From related research to see, the research of the academic morals has become hot issue. Particularly the research concerning the academic morals , many scholars learning from the psychology, behavior ，management and philosophy angle carried on the thorough investigation, and getting many conclusions. But they did not put together the tacit and academic moral problem to research. From academic moral problem and its controlling to speak, many researches are look for the measures from the exterior academic problem, such as lay claim to commence to carry on the norm from the system. In fact, even the mature nation like the United States, academic moral problem also be bad .Obviously, still should carry on the research from the academic morals itself. This paper always around a basic topic: How to improve academic activity and conquer academic moral problem effectively. The paper clarified the tacit inevitability and importance; said the current academic morals problem performance; analyzed the academic morals problem reason .At the same time, combine the relation between the tacit and academic morals, and study the academic morals construction in the application of the tacit. Lastly, the author brings up some suggestions to solve such the problems: strengthen national macroscopic instructions, insist on the independence of university scholarships, make academic evaluation mechanism perfect to promote the scientific academic evaluation; Enhance the ability of scholarships to strengthen the creative ability of academy.
