毕业设计(论文)计算说明书 设计(论文)题目： 院 （系）： 专 业： 姓 名： 学 号： 起屹日期： 指导教师：  摘 要 对新工况下的车用油封试验台，进行了机械系统、控制系统和液压系统的全面设计。油封试验台的工况要求：试验主轴转速200～6 000 r/ min ,无级可调,精度为2.5 %。试验用油温在20～250 ℃范围内自动可调，精度为2℃。每周期的秩序为3 个阶段。一次试验为800 个周期。 机械结构系统主要由电机、增速结构、油封环安装架、油泵、恒温油箱及供油回路组成。为了达到试验用最高转速,我们在主轴与电机间设计了一个增速装置——皮带轮机构。传动装置的主轴由交流电机通过平皮带来带动。在主轴的左端装有平皮带轮, 其右端装有油封环安装架。传动装置由一对油封来密封, 运转时通入冷油对轴承进行冷却与润滑。 另外，也利用PLC分别对无级调速系统和温度控制系统进行了设计。分别阐述了油封式试验台控制系统的原理，硬件和软件。 液压系统由恒温油箱、油滤、油泵、加热器、冷却器以及各种控制阀门等组成。油泵电机驱动油泵工作,油液从油箱经过滤分为两路：一路冷油经传动装置回油箱；一路经加热器加热, 再输入油封环安装架, 其回油经冷却器冷却后再回油箱。 关键词：油封试验台；机械系统；无级调速系统；温度控制系统；液压系统 ABSTRACT We take a comprehensive design of the mechanical system, control system and hydraulic system with the new working conditions of the test of vehicle oil seal.
