People may have more opportunities to create some fresh and new fields of businesses, and to become successful. However, in today’s society, a lot of good chances of becoming successful have been taken up by seniors, leaving almost no chances for the young generation to make use of. The only thing young people should do is to study harder and harder for the purpose of getting into some world-known international corporations. What is more, although the young people who studied very hard may get the chance to enter big companies, chances are slim for them to get any promotions. “Baby boom” is just like a huge mountain which is lying in the way of their careers. A lot of baby boomers who are occupying various important positions do not want to give any chances to the younger generations. They tend to believe that young people are impulsive and impetuous, and are not qualified for handling many vital positions. All these caused the pickles and awkward situations for the young generation.
