954 2006 8 358 西安市第四医院( 西安710004) 　王卉芳　张妍春　朱赛林　杨新光　雷春灵　毕春潮 目的: 研究视网膜脱离( RD) 复位后未发生脱离区域的视网膜组织形态改变。 方法: 将20 只健康成 新西兰灰兔随机分为空白对照组2 只和实验组18 只, 实验组在显微 镜下行视网膜下注射透明质酸钠建立视网膜脱离自动复位动物模型, 分别于术后10d、20d、 30 处死实验兔并摘除眼球进行组织学观察。结果: 未发生脱离区域的视网膜在复位早期表 d 现为色素上皮层基本正常, 感光细胞层、双极细胞层排列紊乱, 感光细胞、双极细胞、神经节 细胞均有变性。结论: RD 复位后视网膜上光感受器的不完全再生, 双极细胞和神经节细胞 的不可逆变化, 均可影响视功能的提高。 视网膜脱离　视网膜/ 病理学 　　Hi stomorphological changes of undetached retina af ter experimental retinal　reuttachment Xi an Fourth Hosoltal (Xi an 710004) 　Wang Huifang, , hang Yanchun　 hu Cailin et al 　　ABSTRA CT　Objective: To study the possible histomorphological change of undetached ret ina af- ter retinal reatt achment Methods Tw enty pigment rabbits w ere randomly divided into experim ental group. : and control group In the experiment al group was retinal det achment models w ere produced by infusing. sodium hyaluronate between neural retina and retinal pigment epithelium . Light microscopy was used to observe the undetached retinal changes after 10, 20, 30 postoperative days. Result :In early stage after op- eration the undetached ret inal pigm ent epithelium seemed almost normal, , but the outer and inner nuclear layers show ed obvious abnormality w ith disturbance and t he photorecept or cells bipolar cells ganglion, , , cells all show ed swelling and vacuolar degeneration . The changes had not recovered after 30 days later. Conclusion : Although the retina was only going through a short t ime detachment , the bipolar and gan- glion cells in undet ached region suffered irreversible injury T hese pat hologic changes may affect postoper-. ative recovery of visual function .
