弧形阳极说明书 Semi-circle anode specification 阳极在电泳工艺中的作用： Anode function in ED process: 在电泳过程中在阳极区域不断产生有机酸，如果不及时去除会带进槽液，使PH值下降，影响工艺参数PH值的稳定，影响泳透力及涂膜性能，再溶性增大。隔膜阳极除具有电泳的功能外，还具有调整槽液中酸浓度的功能，能将电泳过程中产生的酸排出系统外，保持槽液中酸浓度在规定的范围内，阳极可分为隔膜式和裸极式，裸极只具有电泳的功能不能排酸，所以裸极在使用过程中不能太多。 Organic acid could be produced constantly in anode area during ED process, if it is not being removed in time, it will reduce PH value of tank liquid and influence the stability of process PH parameters, also influence throwing power and film property.
