Cross the internal management of higher vocational education system Innovation Forum Review Abstract: Innovation in Higher Vocational Schools of the internal management systems and mechanisms to improve the efficiency of the internal management of the development of higher vocational colleges has been a hot issue of concern. Well-developed in relation to technical and vocational education in Taiwan, the mainland’s higher vocational education is in the scale of the development of the content from the stage of development, to improve the management level of higher vocational colleges is an important content of the connotation. In order to learn from Taiwan’s experience in the management of technical and vocational education, Vocational amp;amp; Technical College, Ningbo, the two sides held technical and vocational institutions of higher internal management system innovation forum for Taiwan’s technical and vocational schools through the sharing of management experience and Ningbo Vocational and Technical School of Management Practice Interpretation , for technical and vocational institutions are innovative institutional mechanisms to provide theoretical and practical paradigm model. While comparing with Taiwan, whose technical and vocational education is very developed, the vocational education in mainland is just being the period of developing from scale to connotation. Therefore, improving the managing level is the most important content for connotation establishment. For drawing the managing experiences of Taiwan, Ningbo Polytechnic held the innovation forum of internal managing institution of technical and vocational education between mainland and Taiwan , which is aimed at p
