However, the finance resources they have got are not matched to their position in national economy and social development. Working at resolving the financial difficulties of small -scale enterprises is the starting point to construct the financial service center for small and medium enterprises in Zhej iang Province and also the inexorable requirements for enriching the socialist market economy.
