All structures, equipment and accessories, which Onshore Fabrication Contractor loads and seafastens upon transport vessel(s) shall conform to the following specifications. These specifications are general in nature and their intent is to provide for a loadout and tiedown procedure which will ensure all items to be free from damage and firmly secured to the transport vessel upon the vessels departure from the fabrication site.
