教育随笔：一块黑色油泥 在下午的游戏中，孩子们拿着自己带来的彩色油泥高兴地捏着各种各样的物体，有烧卖、包子、小狗、蜗牛等等。这时王垄啸拿着还没有拆封的黑色油泥对我说：胡老师，帮我打开一下。我立刻回答道：黑色油泥最好不要用，会搞脏其它颜色的!话音刚落，坐在他旁边的肖泽青迫不及待地帮他说道：胡老师，王垄啸是做奥运五环要用黑色! 孩子的一句话，让我恍然大悟。我的一句欠思考的话，竟然差点扼杀了一个孩子丰富的想象力。平常我们都说，观念指导行为，确实如此，老师对孩子所出现的各种行为，必须要有自己正确的观念来指导。我立刻收回自己刚才所说的话，马上呼应孩子们的想法，表扬他们的创意，并将他们完成的作品在全班展出。同时，我对全班孩子提出一个问题：黑色油泥还能做什么?看哪个小朋友做得又多又好!于是，孩子们动手捏着、做着，看着他们毫无顾虑地玩着，我也思绪万千：虽然我们都知道要尊重孩子，但在平常的工作生活中，还是会把自己的主观意识强加给孩子，这说明尊重孩子并没有成为我们的自觉行动。比如，当大班孩子要去触碰电器类物品或想深入了解有关火的知识及做有关火的试验时，还有许多老师的第一反应是：不能碰!危险!有电!小心着火!与其让孩子遇到危险不知所措，还不如教他们如何去应对，放手让他们尝试。其实任何事物都有它的两面性，就像那一块黑色油泥，它既有可能搞脏画面，也可能在作品中起到画龙点睛的作用。我们要做的是告诉孩子应该怎么做；而不是一味地说不能做。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
