论文题目：船舶柴油机缸套穴蚀产生原因分析及预防措施 摘 要 船用柴油机的穴蚀是指柴油机运转过程中，湿式气缸套外圆表面冷却壁上产生的不同于一般腐蚀和机械磨损的局部聚集小孔群腐蚀。气缸套穴蚀是船用中、高速柴油机普遍存在的严重问题。随着柴油机的功率增加、强载度的提高和高速、轻型化，气缸套穴蚀破坏就成为妨碍柴油机正常运转的首要问题，严重的影响柴油机的工作可靠性和气缸套的使用寿命。一般说来，船用中速和高速筒形柴油机，特别是高速、轻型大功率柴油机，气缸套存在不同程度的穴蚀。有的柴油机投入运转不久在气缸外圆表面就出现穴蚀小孔，甚至柴油机运转不足千小时就因缸套穴蚀穿孔而报废，而此时缸套内圆表面尚未磨损。为此，本文主要对船舶柴油机气缸套穴蚀的现象和其机理进行了分析，通过分析其产生原因，提出了在一些日常维护保养中防止穴蚀发生的措施，并对船用柴油机气缸套的设计、制造与维修提出一些建议。 关键词： 船舶柴油机、气缸套、穴蚀成因、预防措施 Abstract The cavitation erosion of marine diesel engine is different from that of the common corrosion and mechanical wear caused by the surface cooling wall of the cylinder liner. Cylinder liner cavitation erosion is a serious problem in marine medium and high speed diesel engine. With the diesel engine power increased, strong load increase and high speed and light, cylinder liner cavitation damage has become the primary problem prevents the diesel engine runs normally, serious impact on the diesel engine working reliability and liner service life. Generally, the ship with medium speed and high speed cylinder shaped diesel engine, especially in high speed and light high power diesel engine, cylinder liner have varying degrees of cavitation. Some diesel engine put into operation soon outside the cylinder circular surface appeared pitting holes, even diesel engine running less than a thousand hours is because of the cylinder liner cavitation perforation and useless, but this time cylinder circular surface not yet worn out. Therefore, this paper mainly on marine diesel engine cylinder liner cavitation phenomenon and its mechanism are analyzed, through the analysis of the causes, puts forward some measures to daily maintenance to prevent the occurrence of cavitation in and for the ship with diesel engine cylinder liner design, manufacturing and maintenance and puts forward some suggestions.
