山东科技大学学士学位论文  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 随着国民经济的发展，锅炉作为一种重要的能源转换设备得到了广泛的研究和长足的发展，在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用。燃油锅炉与燃煤锅炉相比，没有机械燃烧热损失，不产生炉渣，比较清洁。 综合考虑现如今国内外锅炉的研究情况，本文设计了一台10t/h燃油蒸汽锅炉，燃油采用大庆石油，并且采用卧式湿背式三回程结构。在锅炉设计的过程中，主要考虑的因素是保证炉内着火，炉膛内有足够的辐射热量，在整个锅炉结构的设计过程中，要确保有一定的气密性来保证炉膛内进行的燃烧。影响锅炉管束传热效果的主要因素是烟气温度、速度等。 本文设计的锅炉烟气走管程，第一管束采用螺纹管，传热效果比较好；第二管束采用光管，不易磨损和积灰，容易清理。本文对锅炉炉膛和第一、第二管束做了结构设计和热力计算，锅炉烟气走管程，第一管束采用螺纹管，传热效果比较好；第二管束采用光管，不易磨损和积灰，容易清理。经过校核，该锅炉可以在额定条件下良好运行。 关键词：燃油锅炉；卧式湿背式三回程；螺纹烟管；波纹炉胆  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I ABSTRACT With the development of national economy, the boiler as an important energy conversion equipment has been widely research and development,has been widely used in industrial production。Compared with coal-fired boiler fuel boiler, no mechanical combustion heat loss, do not produce the slag, more clean。 Considering nowadays at home and abroad research situation of boiler, this paper designed a 10 t/h steam boiler fuel, fuel oil using daqing petroleum, and adopts horizontal wet type structure of three return back.In the process of boiler design, the main consideration is to ensure that the furnace fire, heat furnace with enough radiation, in the process of the whole structure of the boiler design, be sure to have a certain air tightness toguarantee within the combustion chamber of a stove or furnace.Main factors influencing the heat transfer effect of the boiler tube bundle is the fluegas temperature, velocity, etc. In this paper, design of boiler flue gas tube side, the first bundle using thread tube, the heat transfer effect is better;Second bundle using light tube, not easy to wear and dust, easy to clean.In this paper, the boiler furnace and first and second bundle of structure design and thermal calculation, boiler flue gas tube side, the first bundle using thread tube, the heat transfer effect is better;Second bundle using light tube, not easy to wearand dust, easy to clean.After checking, the boiler can be running under the rated conditions Keywords: Fuel boile
