Boryeong Mud Festival Its party time, it is held at South Koreas Boryeong Mud Festiva. Most of the Boryeong Mud Festival festivities are held at Daecheon Beach.it usually is held every year in July. When the festival began, in 1997, its aim was to promote Boryeongs mud used in skincare and beauty products.now a central theme of the festival is that the mud is used to produce makeup. 2 to 3 million people from around the world come to Boryong City every year, each of them ready to come clean and leave dirty they play in 200 tons of Boryeong Citys mud the nine-day festival gives $53 million into the local economy it is called the World’s Dirtiest Festival after it finishes ,the beach become very dirty, and people have to spend a long time and a lot of money to clean .
