Only because he came from normal shift? Example: Employee X worked at normal shift before Oct.16.97, Then he worked at 344A shift from Oct.16.97. So if he worked only as 344A shift calendar till Nov.15.97,The OT that he would got at Nov.15 are following: OT1= 9.75hrs OT2=8 hrs(Oct.16)+207 hrs(A shift calendar work hr) -173(STD work hr per month)=42hrs X (Oct. 16--Nov.15) work hour = 8+207=215hrs Others A shift people’s OT are following: OT1=9.75hrs A shift (Oct. 16--Nov.15) work hrs = 207hrs The same case would happen, while employee changed shift from 344A shift to B shift , 44AB shift to A shift etc. Prepared by Li Cao Dec. 25.1997 (2) Employee’s Complains We had same worked days, but why didn’t we have same salary? EXAMPLE: 344 B shift Line1 shut down for material shortage at Sep.3. Then they would worked at Sep.8 as OT2. They worked as calendar on others days during Aug.16 to Sep.15 Line2 normal production as calendar during Aug.16 to Sep.15. Their OT( Aug.16 to Sep.15) are following: Line1 OT = 9.75hrs OT1 + 11.5 hrs OT2 Line2 OT = 9.75hrs OT1 Even if line1’s employee would get rid of one day’s salary, Their payment was still different.
