Change the operating program of mold press as follows 1) Auto Mold MGP mold press Change the operating program to Compression Cleaning Menu (Mode) Change some 1.0~1.5mm Gap between Top Bottom mold to No Gap(0mm) 2) Manual (Conventional) mold press Change the present clamp pressure to max. 1000 psi(60 kgf/sq.cm) 3) Mold Parameters Refer to Recommendable Mold Parameters of Guide Line for Super Clean Wax 2. Step 2 Always place both Super Clean Super Wax taken just out from cold room on clean tray and handle them to avoid contaminantss before opening zipper bag of the materials. 3. Step 3 Take out Super Clean Wax from zipper bag and cut it into strip form. Must handle strip from carefully not to be stained with foreign material such as film flash on its surface.
