If a change is made directly to the Bill of Material, the only documentation of the change will be comments entered into the Comments alternative window. If a change is made directly to a BOM without using the ECO module, Cost Accounting should be notified. The Mass Change function allows the addition or deletion of components or alteration of other BOM information on multiple bills of material at the same time. Parameters can be set to allow changes to only a subset of Bills or all using assemblies. The change(s) can take effect immediately or on a future date and the impact of the change can be reported prior to implementation. In the Bills of Material responsibility: Navigate to: Bills Bills The Bills of Material window opens:  At the Bills of Material header level, choose View and then Find from the menu at the top of the window to query the BOM requiring changes.
