中小型企业化建设
摘 要
我国的中小企业在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。企业文化作为一种知识资本所产生的生产力,是企业提升其核心竞争力的重要因素。中小企业必须充分认识企业文化资产的特殊性和重要性,努力改善现有企业文化体系中不适合时代发展要求的环节,并积极培育适合自身发展的企业文化,才能在新的市场竞争中立于不败之地,获得并提升企业的持续竞争能力。我国中小企业的文化建设参差不齐,虽然很多中小型企业的领导者都已经意识到企业文化对企业发展的重要作用,也在通过不断地努力加强企业文化的建设,尽管取得了一定的成绩,但也突出了一些问题,有些甚至是相当普遍,如对企业文化建设缺乏正确的理解与认识、企业文化建设与企业经营活动缺乏紧密联系、企业文化建设缺乏个性,缺少创新精神,雷同化比较严重、家族式中小企业不够成熟等。本文针对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了一些加强中小企业文化建设的途径及需注意的问题。

Nowadays, small and medium-sized enterprises play more and more vital roles in the national economy and the society. The enterprise culture, which is considered as a kind of productive forces produced by knowledge capital, is an important attribute for enterprises which want to promote their core competitive ability. small and medium-sized enterprises must have fully acknowledgement in the particularity and the importance of enterprise culture property, diligently improve the existing enterprise culture system which does not suit the time development request, and positively cultivates suits own development the enterprise culture, can lead the enterprise to the invincible position in the new market competition neutrality, obtain and promote the enterprise to continue the competitive ability. In our country , cultural reconstruction of small and medium-sized enterprise is irregular, although many small and medium-sized enterprises leaders have already realized the vital role of enterprise culture in the development of the enterprise, and strengthened the enterprise culture construction through unceasingly diligently, which has obtained some certain results, but it also has highlighted some questions, some were even quite universal, like lacked correct understanding and acknowledgement of the enterprise culture construction , lacked the close relation between the enterprise culture construction and enterprise manages activity, lacked the innovation spirit, some were even seriously identical, the family small business was mature and so on.
