妊娠合并上呼吸道感染少商穴刺血疗法的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠合并上呼吸感染患者少商穴位针刺放血疗法配合药物治疗的临床疗效果。 方法 选取2014年7月～2015年6月到我院就诊的168例妊娠合并上呼吸道感染患者，随机分成两组进行治疗。对照组82例仅行药物治疗，治疗组86例采用少商穴位刺血疗法配合药物治疗。比较两组患者临床症状（咳嗽、多痰、咽痛、鼻塞、流涕、发热）消失或缓解情况，血象和超敏C-反应蛋白恢复正常情况，临床疗效和用药时间。 结果 治疗组控制临床症状（咳嗽、多痰、咽痛、鼻塞、流涕 、发热等）较对照组明显快，血象（WBC、中性粒细胞）和超敏C-反应蛋hs-CRP改善较显著，临床疗效显著，用药时间缩短；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 妊娠合并上呼吸感染患者采用少商穴位针刺放血疗法配合药物治疗明显优于单纯性药物治疗，无副作用，无不良反应，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 妊娠；上呼吸道感染；少商穴；刺血疗法 　　[中图分类号] R246.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2016）09-59-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore and discuss the clinical treatment effect of blood letting therapy in Shaoshang point combined drug therapy on treating patients with pregnancy complicated with upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 168 patients with pregnancy complicated with upper respiratory tract infection from July 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups for treatment.82 cases of the control group received drug therapy，while 86 cases of the treatment groupreceived blood letting therapy in Shaoshang point combined drug therapy.The clinical symptom of cough，phlegm，nasal congestion，runny nose，sore throat and fever disappearance or mitigation condition，the hemogram of mainly white blood cell total count and neutrophil count，high sensitive C-reactive protein to restore the normal situation，clinical effect and administration time of the two groups were compared. Results To control the clinical symptoms of cough，sputum，sore throat， nasal congestion，runny nose，fever and etc of the treatment group was significantly faster than that of the control group，the hemogram of WBC and neutrophil and hs-CRP were dramatically improved，the clinical effect was significant，the administration time was shorten.The differences of the two groups had significant meaning （P0.05）.
