额定电压0.6/1kV、10kV、35kV架空绝缘电缆 Aerial Insulated Cable with Rated Voltage of 0.6/1kV, 10kV,35kV 本产品按国家标准GB14049、GB12527，企业标准Q/HL257制造。产品适用于额定电压0.6/1kV、10kV、35kV架空电力线路。 These cables are manufactured according to GB14049,GB12527 and Q/HL257.They are suitable for overhead line circuit with rated voltage 0.6/1kV、10 kV and 35 kV. 一、使用特性 Using properties 电缆敷设温度应不低于-20℃。 The temperature for cable installation shall be not less than -20℃. 电缆导体的最高长期允许工作温度为：PVC、PE绝缘70℃，XLPE绝缘90℃。 The max.long-term opreating temperature for cable conductors: 70℃,for PVC and PE insulated cable; 90℃,for XLPE insulated cable. 3、短路时（最长持续时间不超过5秒）电缆的最高温度为：PVC绝缘160℃，PE绝缘 150℃，XLPE绝缘250℃。 Max temperature when cable is in short-circuit (lasting not more than 5 seconds):160℃,for PVC insulated cable;150℃,for PE insulated cable;250℃,for XLPE insulated cable. 4、电缆的允许弯曲半径为：Allowable bending radius: 1kV电缆：电缆外径D小于25mm者,应不小于4D。电缆外径D为25mm及以上者，应不小于6D。 Cable with rated voltage of 1 KV: It shall be not less than 4 times of cable’s outer diameter when cable’s outer diameter is less than 25mm; it shall be not less than 6 times of cable’s outer diameter when cable’s outer diameter is more than or equal to 25mm. 10kV、35kV电缆：单芯电缆不小于电缆外径的20倍。多芯电缆应不小于电缆外径的15倍。 Cable with rated voltage of 10KV, 35 KV: Single cable: It shall be not less than 20D mm； Multicore cable: It shall be not less than 15D mm.. where D——the cable’s outer diameter 二、型号、名称及主要用途 Type , name ane main application 1、0.6/1kV架空绝缘电缆型号、名称、主要用途 Type,designation and the application of aerial insulated cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV 型 号 Type 名 称 Name 主 要 用 途 Main application JKV、 JKLV或 JKLHV 铜芯、铝芯或铝合金芯聚氯乙烯绝缘架空电缆 Copper、aluminum or aluminum alloy conductor PVC insulated aerial cable 架空固定敷设、引户线等。Fixed installation in air or used as lead-in wire.
