One day I read a got talent’s blog. Her name is Xiao Nini. Her story is very convincing. Her attitude to life gave me a deep impression. So, I want to change my habit of diet. Firstly, I give up the fast food . I heard a horrible news that a boy ate a hamburger and then he was died. When I heard about that I never eat fast food . Secondly, I hardly eat out .Beacause of the oil .People are very concerned about cooking oil,because thousands of people have been found cooking oil from restaurant slop .Thirdly, I make some healthy food by myself. According to Xiao Nini’s way I cook some food with less fat,salt,and sugar. And I keep doing exercises every day,like a kind of exercise pump it up….and so on . In my view, Healthy lifestyle bring me a lot of benefits.The first one is make my skin better than before .Another one is make me slimmer and healthier .The most important thing is changed my attitude of life .
