Implicating quality education in the English teaching aims to cultivate students’ language quality, mind quality and culture quality, but it also must instruct students to master appropriate English learning ways and stimulate their study potentials. The original English Teaching Syllabus sets that the goals of English lessons are to “stimulate and cultivate students’ study interest and help them to build their confidence, develop good study habitats and self-study ability to form effective study strategies. Besides, it aims to help students to master some basic knowledge and skills of the language, build some language sense, and obtain some complimentary abilities of English application in order to lay foundations for real communication.
