摘 要 能源是国民经济建设和人民生活的重要物质基础，而以石油为主的第三代能源正面临着枯竭的危险。人类必须寻找到一种可经济开发、丰富、清洁的能源。因此，开发与利用新能源和可再生能源，已经成为世界性的能源建设发展的战略方向。 本文主要是选择了秸秆作为牲畜饲料、秸秆能源、发展第三产业、做有机肥四种主要利用方法,通过对比分析得出了秸秆在这4种主要用途中哪种最为合算。而作为能源方面主要有3种主要加工方法（秸秆固化、秸秆液化、秸秆气化），通过各种产出率的比较，结合我国国情，不管从能源利用方面还是利用率来说过腹还田都是首选，由于发展第三产业的最终废弃物无法进行二次利用所以利用率最低，秸秆作为能源的三种加工方法中，固化成型技术要求简单而且符合我国当前经济要求，加工成本最低且燃烧废弃物是上好的有机肥，秸秆气化和液化相对固化来说技术要求与加工成本设备等要求比较严格。 关键字：秸秆；可再生能源；利用率；固化；液化；气化 Abstract The energy is the national economy construction and the lives of the people important material base, but is facing the danger which by the petroleum third-generation energy sources primarily dries up.
