中长跑运动损伤随着现在竞技比赛中的强度、负荷不断增大而发生率也越来越大,针对长跑运动员普遍遭受常见运动损伤而导致不能参加训练和比赛,影响自身成绩的提高,故认识和控制运动损伤,充分了解必要的运动损伤知识以及预防措施,才能使训练
