快递企业爆仓的原因及应对措施.docVIP

摘　要 随着我国经济的飞速发展，人们的收入水平也不断提高，消费者对便利快捷的网上购物越来越热衷起来，电商也从无到有的迅猛发展起来。消费者庞大的网购量刺激着电商企业和快递企业的发展壮大。然而，越来越大的B2C和C2C的业务量给快递企业带来了巨大压力。尤其在节假日，激增的业务量成为下游快递企业所面临的极大挑战。中国的快递业发展时间过短，整个行业的运行机制还不够健全，其发展不能满足电商行业的需求。总的来说，我国快递业的发展是不够的。快递业作为连接电商企业和消费者的纽带，一旦“爆仓”现象频频发生，将会严重制约电商企业的发展，给人们生活造成极大的不便利，影响社会的正常运行。然而，近几年来，“快递爆仓”却成为节假日的常态。快件大量滞留在始发站或中转站，快件到达目的地时间过长，导致消费者产生不满，长此以往将会致使网购业务量降低，不利于电商企业和快递企业的发展。有鉴于此，电商行业如天猫网、快递企业如“四通一达”都采取了许多措施来解决这个问题。 本文首先立足于当前实际情况，描述了电商和快递的现状，分别从消费者、快递企业、电商企业这三个角度分析了快递爆仓的原因、危害及解决对策，以期对我国快递爆仓问题的解决提供一个参考。 关键词：快递企业；电商；爆仓 Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy , peoples income level is also rising , consumer convenience and fast growing popularity of online shopping together , the rapid development of e-commerce is also up from scratch . Consumers huge amount of online shopping to stimulate the development of e-commerce companies and courier companies to grow. However, the volume of B2C and C2C is growing , which expressing heavy pressure on tremendous. Especially during the holidays , the surge in the volume of business to become a great challenge faced by courier companies downstream . China s express delivery industry development time is too short , the operating mechanism of the industry is not well established , and its development can not meet the needs of e-commerce industry. Overall, the development of Chinas express delivery industry is not enough. Express e-commerce industry as a connecting link between businesses and consumers , once the warehouse explosion phenomenon occur frequently , it will severely restrict the development of e-commerce businesses , to peoples lives, causing great inconvenience , affecting the normal operation of society. However , in recent years , the courier warehouse explosion has become the norm holidays . Express a large number of stranded at the originating station or transfer station , express destination for too long, leading to consumer dissatisfaction , resulting in the long run will reduce the net purchase
