With the continuous expansion of the campus network scale, security and performance requirements of the campus network are also increasing. Large number of people using the campus network in the university, but quality of network users are uneven, causing a variety of problems appear the campus network. How can I make the campus safe and stable use by everyone had already become a problem. The reasons for these problems varied, but the reason is some of the bad guys by viruses and hacking techniques disrupted the normal order of the campus network. Schools cannot get everyone to follow the order of the campus network, and that only make the normal operation of the campus network construction more secure and stable to the greatest degree of assurance of the campus network. This thesis is designing for Electrical and Mechanical College’s network topology, using the firewall and the three-tier switch based network architecture,, install a firewall can protect campus network does not receive attac
