This paper takes Suzhou Huari Jin Ling Machinery Limited company 1 # plant construction project as an example, combining the actual situation of the project, the partial construction scheme in detail design.Application of progress control of the basic theoretical knowledge, from project management point of view, for the project from start to completion and acceptance of the whole process of the system schedule planning and design, the use of the Gantt chart and network chart on the schedule are analyzed, and according to the actual situation puts forward concrete assurance plan implementation measures; quality and safety aspects, and has formulated strict technical, organizational measures, aiming at the common problems in the construction of the project, focusing on issues of planning, establish corresponding management organization, to ensure the quality and safety programs to achieve very good.
