山东省莱州市排水工程工艺设计 The drain project and technology design In Laizhou city Shandong province 摘 要 本设计是关于山东省莱州市排水工程设计，内容包括排水管网设计，污水泵站工艺设计，污水处理厂工艺设计，污泥处理工艺设计，以及部分单体构筑物施工图设计。 城区排水管网采用分流制排水系统。污水送至污水处理厂进行处理；雨水经雨水管网收集后排入水体。 ABSTRACT The design was about sewerage engineering of Laizhou city，Shandong province, which contained the design of network of drains, sanitary sewers pump station, sewerage treatment plant and sludge treatment.Besides,there are also some drawings of monomer structures. The drainage system was constructed as separate system. One was used to collect the domestic sewage，then send it to the wastewater treatment plant. The other used to collect the rain water and send it to the river directly. The dimension of sewerage treatment plant was designed to be 12.7×104m3/d, Kz=1.3.The quality of entered water was as follows: COD=395mg/L、SS=280mg/L、BOD5=275mg/L、TN=30mg/L、TP=2.5mg/L. After treatment, the water quality can meet B class of the frist-grade according to the town sewage treatment plan contamination effluent standard(GB18918-2002) , that is COD=60mg/L、SS=20mg/L、BOD5=20mg/L、TN=mg/L、TP=1mg/L. According to the swerage quality and the concentration of treatnt,it would adopt the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic treatment process which removed nitrogen and phosphorus. The plant included sewerage process system and sludge process system.The main process of the former construction comprised of medium bar screen,sewerage pumping station,fine bar screen,horizontal flow grit chamber,radial flow primary sedimentation tank,A/A/O biochemical reaction pond, radial flow secondar sedimentation tank,cotact pond, Pap measuring slots and so on.
