高级软件工程 课程报告（2015-2016春）题 目远程可协作的可视化医疗图像平台服务器端的设计与实现姓 名黄翊男学 号 科、 专业计算机科学与技术任 课 教 师吴明晖/应晶 EMAIL 821327321@摘要随着Internet技术的发展和普及，远程医疗系统在国内外获得了广泛的研究和应用。远程医疗系统以多种数字传输方式，通过计算机同络，多媒体技术和远程医疗软件系统，建立不同区域的医疗单位之间、医师和患者之间的联系，完成远程咨询、诊治、教学、学术研究和信息交流任务，形成医学专家之间及其与患者之间的一种全新的诊疗模式。本文基于VTK和ITK的类库，实现了医学图像的可视化，又通过TCP和HTTP通信机制实现了两端医学图像的传输和操作。首先介绍了实现系统所用到的技术，Qt完成了用户界面的设计与实现，VTK用于实现对不同格式医学图像数据的读取和显示，还能对读入的图像进行旋转缩放等交互动作，ITK则实现对图像的分割。另外还通过TCP和HTTP通信机制实现了服务器端和移动端之间的联动，能进行文件的传输以及同步演示等操作功能。关键词：远程医疗，Qt，VTK，ITK，通信机制，医学图像AbstractWith the development and application of Internet, telemedicine system is widely studied and applied in domestic and abroad. It makes use of digital methods, multimedia technology, and telemedicine software system to constitute the relationship among medical institutes, doctors and patients in different area, which can implement tele-consultation, treatment, teaching, research and information communication to form a bran-new diagnosis and treat mode．Based on the class library of VTK and ITK, not only the visualization of medical images is realized, but the transmission and operation of medical images between the server and the client are realized through the HTTP and TCP communication mechanism. Firstly, this paper introduces the technology used in the system. Qt is used of completing the design and implementation of user interface. VTK is not only realize the function of different format of medical image data read and display, but can do rotation, zoom and other interactive actions for reading images. ITK can achieve the image segmentation.
