期限与终止条款（Term and Termination） ? 一、Term (合同的期限) ? The Parties agree that this contract will be valid for years as of the date of signature of the parties. 本合同自签订之日起 年内有效。 ? SURVIVAL. The other party shall have the right to terminate the Contract in accordance with the provisions of the contract after being approved by the original examination and approval authority as well as to claim damages.
