中国—东盟农产品贸易分析 摘 要 2010年是中国与东盟贸易的新纪元，自由贸易区的正式启动对中国东盟的贸易发展带来了更大的机遇，在中国与东盟自由贸易区框架下，中国与东盟农产品贸易是双边贸易合作的基础，特别是中国和东盟实施农业零关税后，给中国农业带来了很大挑战，同时也提出了更高的要求。本文首先研究中国农产品对东盟贸易产品结构单一和同类产品竞争的发展现状及其附加值低的特点，然后对其在发展过程中存在的受“早期收获”影响的问题和不足进行分析，最后总结出中国在发展对东盟农产品贸易过程中，除了应继续发挥原有的比较优势外，还应注重进一步优化农产品的结构，提高农产品附加值，提升出口产品竞争力，深化与东盟合作，推动贸易和投资自由化深入发展，开拓东盟的新的市场，实现农产品出口的多元化，从农业生产和农产品流通中寻求农产品流通中寻求转变中国农产品外贸增长方式的突破。 关键词：中国东盟；农产品贸易；状况 Analysis on Agricultural Trade of China – ASEAN Abstract 2010 is a new era of China-ASEAN trade. Free Trade Area officially launched has brought more opportunities to the development of China-ASEAN trade. In the conditions of China-ASEAN free trade area, agricultural trade between China and ASEAN is the basis for the bilateral trade cooperation. Especially after China and ASEAN Implementing Agricultural tariff, to bring a great challenge to Chinas agriculture, while also put forward higher requirements. First, this paper studies China-ASEAN trade in agricultural products on a single product structure and the development of competition of similar products and value-added and low status. Then analysis the effect of the problems and shortcomings by the early harvest.
