“医院管理年”活动汇报材料XX年66月全面启动“医院管理年””活动。在院党政班子的正确确领导下，把开展“医院管理理年”活动与争创“医德医风风示范医院”活动、保持共产产党员先进性教育活动和创全全国文明 XX年6月上、中旬是我院““医院管理年”活动的动员部部署阶段。XX年6月14日日上午我院召开了“医院管理理年”活动动员大会，“医院院管理年”在我院正式拉开序序幕。在这个阶段，我院主要要开展了如下工作： (一一)加强领导，建立组织，统统一思想，提高认识，明确责责任 (二)层层动员，，广泛发动，加大宣传 20期，并通过过墙报、横幅和下发20000余份汇编的“医院管理年””相关知识宣传单等形式加大大宣传，提高每个职工参与的的积极性与主动性，营造了一一个全院上下积极参与活动的的热烈氛围。 (三)制定定方案，层层分解，目标明确确,周密部署 二、组织实施阶段 我院的组组织实施阶段又分为卫生部督督查前阶段和督查后阶段。 (一)卫生部督查前阶段 XX年6月下旬～10月188日，是我院“医院管理年””活动的实施的卫生部督查前前阶段。我院以卫生部确定的的“医院管理年”的六大工作作目标及33项重点要求为指指南，结合我院的实际情况，，突出提高医疗质量这一重点点，精心组织，严密部署，将将活动落实到实处，具体开展展的工作主要有以下几方面：： 1、提高医疗质量，保障障医疗安全 (1)、建章章立制，行有规范，管有制度度 (2)、严严格基础质量，强化“三基三三严”，提高安全意识 12全文查看 construction, mechanism construction and quantitative assessment, give full play to the assistant role of leadership, actively promote the innovation of research information development, and vigorously promote the research work of information to mention upgrading, efforts to improve the ability and level of decision-making.(a) adhere to the decision in the first place.
