Is it possible to effect shipment during September? Could you advance the date of shipment? Making an offer We take pleasure in making you an (firm) offer for our goods. We offer firm the following product subject to your acceptance within 5 days/ with a validity of 5 days. Our offer is valid /effective for 3 days. 1 offering/quoting price We are planning to give/offer you a quotation based on the prevailing international market/standard. We usually quote on CIF/FOB basis (without commission). Our offer is CIF New York with a commission of five percent for you. These quotations/prices will remain valid until further notice. / are subject to change without notice/ our final confirmation. 2 offering quantity We can only supply you with 20,000 yards of pure silk. We will try to meet your request for the additional 10,000 tons of coal.
