多级离心鼓风机高效模型级数值仿真与试验研究
摘要:本文对多级离心鼓风机的5个基本模型级在不同进口流量工况下的内部三维粘性定常流动和气动性能进行了数值预测,并以5个基本模型级进行试验、验证研究,此外对试验方法、试验结果展开讨论。

ABSTRACT: Three dimensional steady viscous flow and aerodynamic performance of five basic stage models for multi-stage centrifugal blower operating at different inlet flow rates have been numerically investigated in this paper, and an experiment study based on five basic stage models was carried out to verify the numerical research. Moreover,the test method and the result has been analyzed.

汽轮机低压级湿蒸汽凝结流动的分相模型三维数值研究
摘要:使用分相模型方法,考虑了湿蒸汽两相凝结流动中相间速度滑移、耦合和湍流作用,对某汽轮机低压级进行了三维数值研究,结果表明:该级的自发凝结现象主要发生在静叶通道内;不同叶高的处的压降差别引起自发凝结情况的较大变化;端壁对汽液两相流动有着不同的影响。分相模型能够更精确地模拟湿蒸汽两相凝结流动并获得更多的流场参数,从而更好地揭示透平级内的湿蒸汽流动特性。

ABSTRACT: The wet steam flow with condensation in an LP turbine stage was numerically analyzed with the inhomogeneous model allowed for the velocity slip and coupling between the two phases and the turbulence diffusion. The results showed that the spontaneous nucleation occured mainly in the stator passage; the spanwise difference of the pressure drop caused considerable variation of condensation; the end walls took different effect on the flow between the phases. The inhomogeneous model provided more accuracy and parameters in modeling the wet steam two-phase flow with condensation and thus gave a better understanding of the its flow characteristic in a turbine stage.
