从工会角度构建民营企业和谐劳资关系研究——以苍南县为例 随着我国经济体制改革的深入与社会主义市场经济的建立和完善，改革开放三十多年以来，非公有制经济已经成为我国经济的重要组成部分，其中民营经济在经济发展过程中所扮演的角色也愈加重要。中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制需要民营经济的快速发展，同样，对于民营企业而言也需要在这个良好的时机下有好的发展前景。从研究思路而言，本文还是基于传统的“提出问题——分析问题—解决问题”这条路径出发，当然在每个层面上还进行了相应的细化。对本研究的选题背景、选题意义、研究方法和目的、以及研究内容做介绍，。基础理论，通过国内外的文献研究，对工会理论、劳资关系理论进行理论汇总，以此来构建本文研究的基础理论体系。中国民营企业劳资关系的现状分析。对中国民营企业劳资关系的特点、存在的问题及其根源进行具体的分析。通过这些分析来寻找构建中国民营企业和谐劳资关系的现实突破口。苍南县民营企业和谐劳资关系的构建研究通过苍南县民营企业劳资关系的现状，并结合现有的理论，基于工会视角下出发来寻求其构建和谐劳资关系的主要困境，进而为苍南县民营企业和谐劳资关系的构建提供突破口。民营企业和谐劳资关系的对策建议结论和展望。对本文进行总结，并对本文的研究进行展望。 Abstract Along with the establishment and improvement of Chinas economic system reform and the socialist market economy, since the thirty years of reform and opening up, the non-public economy has become an important component of Chinas economy, the private economy plays in the process of economic development is more and more important role.
