我国农村小额信贷风险分析 摘 要： 农村小额信贷作为一种扶贫手段，在我国广泛实施。然而，和外国取得巨大成就相比，我国的小额信贷明显表现出发展的滞后。本文，笔者从分析小额信贷的现状和存在的问题入手，论述风险控制的必要性。第一章，前沿，提出小额信贷风险问题日益明显。第二章，说明我国当前小额信贷的发展现状和存在的问题，导出分析和防控小额信贷风险的必要性。第三章，将小额信贷的风险分为四种：环境风险，信用风险，管理风险，政策风险，并且详细分析了每一种风险的表现方式和成因。第四章，根据我国的实际情况，提出防控四种风险的措施。文章主要采用归纳法作为研究的主要方法，同时运用例证、数据分析、博弈模型分析等手段，详细阐述和分析了小额信贷的风险及控制。 关键词：小额信贷；风险；风险控制； The analysis about our country’s rural micro-credit risk Abstract: Rural microcredit has been widely used as a tool for poverty alleviation in our country. However, compared to the foreign countries with great success in the rural microcredit, obviously, China has a backward development in rural microcredit. In our study, to begin with, we analyzed the current situation and major problem of rural microcredit in our country. Moreover, we suggested that it is necessary for control the risk with many reasons. In the prolegomenon, we introduced it is obviously that more and more risk occurred in the microcredit recently. In the second chapter, we discussed the current situation and major problem of rural microcredit in our country. Therefore, it is valuable for detailed anglicizing and control the risk in practice. In the next chapter, we divided the rural microcredit risks into four kinds, including environmental risk, credit risk, management risk and policy risk. In addition, we detailedly analyzed the performances and origin causes in every kind of the risks. In the last chapter, based on the actual situation in our country, four strategies for prevention and control of four risks respectively were developed in our study. In summary, this article used induction method as the main research method and combined with the methods of example analysis, data analysis and game model analysis to describe and analyze the microcredit risks and control methods in detail.
