浅谈建筑工程造价控制与管理 摘 要 建筑工程造价管理工作的科学性、合理性、有效性是企业取得经济效益最大化的重要环节,工程造价在选择工程项目、签订工程合同、加强工程管理、提高企业利润方面发挥至关重要的作用。本文针对建筑工程造价控制的重要性，并分阶段的对工程造价控制进行了探讨。为加强工程造价的管理和控制，防止施工阶段决算超预算，避免建设项目投资失控，我们须强调合同管理、优化施工组织设计、加强工程直接费和工程变更的控制、增强索赔意识，在工程建设实施中，把工程造价实际额控制在限额以内。  Discuss the Importance of Construction Project Cost Control Abstract Construction project cost management of scientific and reasonable, effectiveness is the enterprise get economic benefit maximization, the important link of the project cost in engineering project, signing the project selection, strengthen management, project contract improve enterprise profit play very important role. In this paper the importance of construction project cost control, cost management throughout the whole process of project construction, construction project cost control for construction projects is an important part of the management work. In building the importance of engineering cost control, and points out that the construction project cost control throughout the whole process of the project should be, and points of the stage of the project construction cost control are discussed in this paper. Analyzes the construction unit of the project cost management in the implementation stage of the methods and measures. In order to strengthen the management of the project cost control, prevent construction stage and final accounts, avoid construction project investment budget is out of control, we must emphasize contract management, optimizing the construction organization design, strengthen project directly fee and engineering change control, and enhance the consciousness in the engineering construction, claim in the implementation of the project cost, the actual amount for the control within.
