昆山市力拓锡业有公司融资渠道研究 企业融资渠道研究--以云南锡业集团为例 摘 要：金融是市场经济融资体系的基础和主体，是现代经济的核心，是发展生产力不可分割的组成部分。金融的融资功能，通过严格的信用权责约束机制，高效率地优化资源配置和利用，对整个社会经济的稳定、健康发展起着重要的作用。企业要发展，必须有资金的支持，除了通过自身积累外，借助金融市场进行外部融资是必经之路，因此探讨企业发展与融资的问题是十分必要的。现代金融体制为企业融资提供了多种可供选择的渠道，如何识别这些渠道的利弊，并为我所用，促进企业健康输血，是每一个志在长远的企业需要认真思考的问题。在市场经济条件下，企业融资是借助各类资金市场通过各种融资工具完成的。不同的融资工具和方式形成不同的融资模式。本文主要研究了云南锡业公司的融资渠道，从金融市场资金主要需求者企业的角度，谈了对企业融资的方式个人看法，以及如何合理地扩大融资。 关键词：云南锡业公司，融资，渠道，研究，扩大 Studying on Business Strategies of Steel Trade in GuoYu Company Abstract：Finance is a foundation and basis of financing system on market economy, it is the core of modern economic, moreover it account for an inalienable part of development of productive forces. The functions of the financing system are restrained by the credit of it, efficient and restraining mechanism for optimizing the allocation and use of resources to the social and economic stability and healthy development of an important role. Enterprise development there must be supported by funds, apart from their own savings; with the financial markets outside financing is the way, so to enterprise development and financing is essential. Modern financial system to enterprises financing provides various alternatives, is how to identify these sources of the pros and cons, and work for enterprise and promoting health a blood transfusion, which is a further consideration of business long term development. In the conditions of market economy, enterprises financing completed by various finance tools. This article aim to study the financing channels of Yunnan Tin Group, the companys financial market demand money from the perspective of the enterprises, enterprises financing for the personal views, and how reasonable the expansion financing.
