毕 业 论 文（设计） ? ? ? 论 文 题 目 无 锡 市 小 额 信 贷 问 题 研 究 ?姓 名 学 号 ?院 系 专 业 ?指 导 老 师 职 称 ? ? ? 中国· 二o?一三年五月 摘要 小额额信贷一般是指向穷人提供金融服务，在多数情况下是小额贷款，最早出现于70年代，由诺贝尔和平奖得主穆罕默德?尤努斯（Muhammad Yunus）开创。小额信贷机构一直在为全世界的穷人发放小额贷款，数以千计的案例研究表明，这些小额贷款对减少贫困、改善健康状况、提高教育水平以及促进“妇女赋权”多有助益。为了实现共同富裕，我国近年来借鉴国外小额贷款的成功经验，发展了中国的小额贷款业务。但是进过实践发现，小额信贷在国内的实施还存在很多的问题。 本文在了解无锡市小额信贷发展现况及特点的基础上，针对无锡市中小企业贷款难的原因，提出无锡市小额信贷发展中存在的问题，如机构模式不合理并通过真实的案例进行分析，列举出借鉴国际经验结合自身实际，加强小额信贷的监管，发挥财政作用等建议。小额信贷对无锡市经济又好又快的发展起着重要的作用。 关键词：无锡市 小额信贷 金融服务 中小企业 Abstract Small amount of credit is generally point to the provision of financial services for the poor, micro-credit in most cases, first appeared in the 1970s, pioneered by Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus (Muhammad Yunus). Microfinance institutions have been small loans for poor people around the world, thousands of case studies show that these small loans and more help reduce poverty, improve health, improve the level of education and the promotion of womens empowerment beneficial.
