达克罗宁联合笑气吸入镇痛在行胃镜检查病人护理中的应用研究 高广芬 （山东枣庄市立医院内镜中心） 【摘要】 目的 观察达克罗宁联合笑气吸入应用于胃镜检查护理中的临床效果。方法 达克罗宁联合笑气吸入下行胃镜检查200例（研究组），单纯口服达克罗宁行胃镜检查者200例（对照组），观察两组胃镜操作时间及检查前、中、后的HP、HR、SPO2的变化，以及胃镜检查中的反应及感受。结果 研究组患者咽部不适、恶心、呕吐和躁动的发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）））））gastro scope examination (control group)。To observe Gastro scope operation time of the two groups. The operation time of Gastro scope research group was shorter than the control group (P 0.05),Checking the study group, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate lower than the control group, except the pressure outside the examination before the contraction, the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05);The examinations of the two groups in SPO2 have no significant difference (P 0.05). Patients in the study group feeling unbearable, obvious discomfort and slight discomfort were less than the control group, while the number of cases of no discomfort was higher than those in control group; the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Dyclonine combined with nitrous oxide by gastroscopy alleviates the suffering of patients, increases the compliance of patients, shorten the gastro scope operation time, reduce the stimulation of gastroscopy for patients, being simple and easy to operate； patients are willing to accept and it has clinical value.
