新海27块二次开发技术研究 孙健光 摘要：新海27块属厚层-特厚层边底水普通稠油油藏，原直井井网利用天然能量开发，受底水锥进、边水突进和管外串槽等因素影响，油井水淹严重，油藏长期处于低速低效开采状态，濒临废弃，一次开发最终采收率15.3%。针对一次开发过程中剩余油分布零，精细开展二次开发前期研究，形成了包括测井二次解释、地质体精细描述、稠油底水油藏开采规律研究、水淹规律及剩余油分布规律研究等方面的一次开发综合评价体系，为二次开发提供准确依据。2004-2007年在对二次开发方案部署和项目实施过程中，突出技术应用的“针对性、先进性、规模性”，形成并应用了适合油藏特点的五大技术系列，使得二次开发取得显著成效，断块年产油由１×104 t上升到12×104 t，采油速度提高10倍，最终采收率翻番，使濒临废弃的油藏重新 关键词：新海27块；二次开发； Xinhai 27 block secondary exploration technique researching Sun Jian guang （Exploration Company of Jinma Oilfield，Liaohe Oilfield，PetroChina，Panjin 124010）abstract: xinhai27 block is normal thick oil reservoir with edge and bottom water, original vertical well pattern exploration by natural energy, bottom water coning, edge water fingering and canalization leading to the water flooding heavily, reservoir under the situation of low efficiency production, on the edge of wasted, the first production ultimate recovery is 15.3%. face to the residual oil spattered and vertical well water cut increasing quickly, the forth researching the secondary exploration, formed the test well secondary explanation, geology detailed discription, thick oil bottom water reservoir exploration performance researching, water flooding performance and residual oil spattered researching, construct the first exploration comprehension evaluation system, providing correct accordance. In 2004~2007 year, secondary exploration plan construction and project application, figured the technique application ?priority 、specialization 、comprehension” , constructing and applying 5 technique features adapt to reservoir, the secondary exploration high efficiency, production amount per year this block increasing from 10000t to 120000t, production rate is 10 times higher than before, ultimate recovery efficiency 2 times than before, exploration the wasted reservoir again.
