It may rise with being accompanied by the contemporary art in the Islamic and Indian zones, but we are not sure difference and the similarity with Tibetan contemporary art, because it may encounter the western and eastern capital together with variable political ways. Therefore, we discuss the cultural practices and different kind of experiences in the context of the Islamic China regions between the East and the West world, and we have to consider the phenomenon of culture buffer, the potential landscape, the direction and usage of cultural sense in China. We are not sure that there is the rare, pure and natural environment in Xinjiang, where tests the localization of the multi-culture. Therefore, we must reflect the presence of the monomer and common ideas in different countries and between the countries and regions on condition that it exists the collaborative relationship between geo-cultural activities and the laws of nature. We have to the fact that the disappearing western Chinese culture need to close the nature and improve the meaning of human beings in the present environment of equal information. We should adapt to the law of the nature such as rivers, mountains, and the trees, just as the grasses grow and then die, when we ponder the significance of ancient history and then consider the emotions and experiences of the history as a mirror.
