The Vast majority of enterprises in the information is stored in the form of documents, document management is a very important work in the enterprise management, document management can effectively improve the work efficiency, strengthen the communication and cooperation of the staff work. With the increasing number of electronic documents, it is very necessary to establish a full-featured document management information system. In this paper, using visual studio 2010 as a development platform, based on B / S structure, analyzed logic and functional structure of three layers. Combined with the specific needs of small and medium-sized enterprise document management in daily work, the department management and personnel management (assigned to departments and personnel, permissions), design of the user login, file upload, download documents, document browsing, document search, document revision, document printing and other functional modules and the realization process is discussed in detail. The system uses SQL Server 2005 as database development tools, can flexibly adapt to the large traffic network demand, and greatly improve the safety and reliability of the system. The test results show that the system has the advantages of simple operation, stable, reliable. In the end of the dissertation, conclusions of the whole work have been made, and future development direction of this system are pointed out.
