Methods T hir teen patients of CT PV w itho ut malig nant hepatic tumo r o r other diseases being able to cau se changes of hepatic ar tery such as cir rhosis and hepatophyma w ere collected. CT data w as analyzed , and the a rter ial and mo rpholog y chang es o f the liv er w ere observ ed . Results L eft and ( o r r ight hepatic ar teries w ere fo und dilated in 10 patients ( 7692% , and unusual flake like enhancement w as found in arter y phase in 3 pa tients ( 230 8% . Atr ophyhypert rophy complex ( AH C could be fo und o nly in 1 pat ient ( 769 % . Conclusion Dilatatio n of hepatic art ery manif ests mor e hepatic ar tery bloo d supply , w hile o bv iou s A HC is hardly found in CT P V .
